Using a 3.5 mm audio cable, you can connect them to, among others, a laptop or MP3 player. You can also use this option when the headphones' battery is discharged and you don't have time to charge it. Bluetooth, however, allows for a convenient, wireless connection of the W800BT Plus, for example, to a smartphone or tablet. It also supports aptX.
